and outdoor accessories, announced a significant leadership change as Michael Polk steps into the role of Interim Chief Executive Officer. Michael
Polk’s appointment follows the decision of outgoing CEO Seth Richards and
President Todd Vore to pursue new ventures. 

Michael Polk brings a wealth of experience to Implus Corporation, having previously served as the President and CEO of
Newell Brands from 2011 to 2019. During his tenure at Newell Brands, Polk
demonstrated a keen ability to drive growth and innovation, which he is now
expected to bring to Implus Corporation.

Michael Polk’s career also includes leadership roles at Unilever, Kraft, and Procter &

Logitech International. His educational background includes an MBA from Harvard
Business School and a degree in operations research from Cornell University.
